All state offices will be closed, including the
Registry of Motor Vehicles.
Our office will be open with limited staff. We will
be able to take payments, answer questions and
process some Registry transactions from our office.

For the safety of our employees and customers, we are working to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus by practicing safe Social Distancing and wearing face coverings when working with our customers or other vistors.
Our front lobby is currently open with a maximum of 2 visitors at a time to allow for safe social distancing in that area.
We sugest that you please call the office at 413-789-3995 before coming in. We can handle most inquiries over the phone including taking payments, making policy changes, claims inquiries and the majority of other changes.
If you simply want to drop off a payment, we have a mail slot in the front door. You can also make payments directly with most of our insurance companies. See our CARRIERS page for contact information.
